no prob mike! i'm just waiting on seeing how this works before i go and purchase one. which im sure im not the only one that has been waiting on buying one of these units unit something like this came out.

Here's a quick demo of what I have so far. Still lots of work to do. The goal is to work just like the apps did before with the 'More Apps' setting, but with touch control.

Very nice job! Think this is some much better than the mimics module! Don't loose Bluetooth apps don't rotate on you and take up the whole screen side ways, i wouldn't be surprised if you get contacted by pioneer, clarion or alpine to write there codes for up coming app radios

When the beta is ready for user testing will it be made available on Cydia? If there are issues do you have any suggestions how to roll back.

No, I post beta version on this forum. Only final releases go to Cydia. You can roll back by reinstalling the version on Cydia.

Just posted a public beta. If you install it, please report back. I am just making sure the app displays and can be controlled from the radio. I know there are still a bunch of other outstanding issues.

I just used the only one available on the default Cydia sources. It's version 1.1.0-1.

I'll have to try that after work tonight....

i have backgrounder installed and all the apps showup when browsing

I cant open any though , which i assume is because i dont have 'The beta version of AppEx.'

Where do i get this from ? Google cant find nothing !
