Can you tell me how can I revert to to the original IGO interface for AVIC?

I mean without 3d car and the fancy menu over the map and other stuff?

I think in the ordinary IGO for pda and smartphone it's called scheme...

How can I change to original Pioneer scheme?

Hi in the folder version 3020 take folder apl and replace mine and in original version 3020 take the folder nammed scheme and replace

Trying to update to update my EW 2.009 unit I found out the following:

- applying the WinCE update and copying only the APL Folder and the four version files as in post #23 leads to permanent restarts and I doubt this is related to the missing lpue080data mentioned by comandante in post #121.

- using guizmos's backup instead and adding ezrider, (license,) map, poi and building as in #109 and #124 with his latest lang and voice uploads fixes the unit.

- however even with replaced APL and APL2\iGo\CONTENT\SCHEME some things have red buttons and french text. Moreover, speedcam warning controls do not work.

- unfortunately the Settings are often lost on reboot (e.g. the language is often reset to UK and the Illumination to blue), indifferent what was set up.

@guizmo: Merci beaucoup! Could you please answer post  #121 and please explain why you use a different wince than the one in your lpue080 upload?

Therefore I am looking for untouched 3.xx backups or original upgrade data for V2 Units to put together a clean Version. Can anyone help?

I read all the post, i think that this is that i will can do to put the european maps in a Avic X710BT (American), but im not sure if this is the procedure (Correct me if i do something wrong plz).

I download the next 4 files:

Ezrider4001000_patched-SU_MB.rar

license.zip

map,poi,building 2014.zip

testmode.zip

First, i will copy testmode in sd card, later put it in the avic, turn on, and do a backup, and copy this backup in mi computer (In case something is wrong)

Later i delete US Maps and copy this 4 files decompressed in the sd card, and copy to avic

I will try, but if i do something wrong, i would be gratefoul for your help.

The version of maps in the avic is: 02.000400

Version of avic: 3.0300000 (I think that the testmode i download is the correct)

I am having trouble with modifying my system. I have the F910bt and have no problem with testmode, updating maps etc. I just cannot get the unit to now see my iPhone when I connect it?

Can anyone shed any light on the situation?

I am a new here, my english isn't perfect! 

I bought a car with a pioneer system F900BT, which is never updatet! 

So I bought an sd card by the internet, but it didn't work! It start up, and keep saying "System start in progress, please wait"...

So can anyone help me how I can update my navigation (firmware and maps), or which files I need? I'am not very good with computers!

I'am using the dutch version...

Guizmo, im currently running newest igo maps. But i resly dont like them... For every turn there are 4 instructions...

Heb je backup gemaskt voor upgrade? Die dan maar terug zetten.

Zo niet, dan moet je even op zoek naar hybrid 4.0. Die werkt hier prima

I recently bought a 2010 car and following the various topics I successfully flashed the built in AVIC-F910BT using the hybrid 4.0 update. The unit is marginally quicker now but the best improvement is the removal of the disclaimer screen; also a nice touch is the ability to go into the WinCE tools straight via the Debug tools that are on the page that used to show the version numbers.

These 2014 maps are running beautifully and are again completely up to date, a very welcome update from the 2009 maps that were in. Since I had to choose the languages again, I decided to opt for the TTS voice now, which gives very detailed instructions. All in all very pleased with it!

any help for beginers ??? i have f 920 are this maps compatible for it ?

Hi All

Im looking to update my maps on my F700BT. I have downloaded the files from the above posts. I believe I need to just overwrite the Folders to right place (APL2>IGO>CONTENT... then MAPS, POIs BUILDINGS.

Then I need to overwrite the EZRIDER file with the one from the above post and overwrite the LICENCE with the one on the above post.

Could someone please tell me if thats correct and im not missing anything. 

Some people from post said it did not work?

Also does the UK Post code work on these maps?

After spending 2 days in my car the Navigation is now working!

I have tried everything possible but after installing a newer firmware v.3.021 and installing the "My Flashdisk" files from Guizmo my F900BT was back to life.

But i don't like the red customized layout (sorry Guizmo) so i put the original directories back to the flashdisk (APL, APL2, APL3, USER, DATA, etc. After this i copied the new MAP, POI, BUILDíNG and ezrider to the flashdisk and voilá my system is working with the new 2014 maps!

it 's work with your version so your avic be slow to use upgrade him in version 3 first  don't buy any cnsd fm version it's losing money for nothing 

 

do this upgrade before

take this folder decompress him take inside the folder nammed plt  and do this 

 

1)put the 2 winces inside a sd card do this after you put sd card inside your avic 

 

with your fingers press 3 touch (menu,map,eject) in the same time and with stylet press reset 

 

you 'll have a black screen retire stylet of reset you'll have a blue screen take off your fingers 

 

2)avic try a code do this with joystick (up,up,down,press menu,left,right) and press in center of joystick to valid 

 

3) you'll be in menu of wince select 0 and upgrade with sd card (no format) the avic read your sd card and you'll be upgrade your avic 

 

4) in the folder nammed lpue080 you have a files (4) lpue080apl , lpue080apl.ver , lpue080data ,lpue080data.ver 

 

copy them inside your flash disk replace your older files 

 

and the folder nammed apl replace your older apl  all things with total commander and upgrade your map,and all 

Hi, I'm from Spain, I tried this on my f900bt v.2009000. But when I update wince, at system startup  the message"System startup, please wait" appears and then restart at 5minutes aproximalty. Then I tried copy all files to all folder APL, ezrider, license, and the system does not boot, always restarts (bootloop)

What happened?

Just downloaded 2015 Q3 IGO 83 maps europe. How do I get these working on my cracked F900BT with 2014.Q3 maps ? I tried to put the Dutch map alongside the old one but I cannot select the new map. Do I have to rename them ?
