I need to upgrade my z1 to the z2 with the new maps and features. Any installer in the socal area (inland empire) willing to do this for me for some cash? im not trying to do it myself, Dont wanna ruin anything! LMK Thanks

I had my Z1 mic wire cut and need to order another one. Best buy has a garmin mic for their navigation system that will fit in the avic-z2 plug. Do I have to order the 40 dollar pioneer mic because of its specifications or will any mic that has the same plug work? Any input would be great. Thanks
