  4. VANCLEAVE, MS Oh man I can still remember that sign on I10 when my 2 year old truck broke down. Lets see it was August something 1993, I was on my way back to Pensacola after a Saints game and about 15 hand grenades on Bourbon street. I was so hung over my urine was still 80 proof. Sweating like crazy (it was hot as hell and humid), nauseas and pissed off - I can still remember the exit sign for Gautier and Vancleave gleaming down on me........... Wooooo I still get the willies! Cheers Eddy

  7. here are the instructions I got when I dl'd the disk I was not using alcohol 120 to burn it once I did it was good to go! I have successfully performed the upgrade on an AVIC-D1 using this disc. The disc includes both the software upgrade, and the new TeleAtlas data. The original image (7.1Gb) was obtained using Alcohol 120% (Media Descriptor File, MDF). It was compressed using WinRAR. You will need to decompress the MDF file to the original 7.1Gb image, then burn it to a double layer (DVD-DL) disc. This will only fit on a double layer disc. Insert disc to automatically sta
  8. My antenna lasted a few weeks I spent hours trying to figure it out. I ended up pulling the lead from the brain to the antenna - I found it came back on when I tugged on the wire coming out of the antenna I opened it up and found corrosion on it. My unit is is not accurate right now as I had to splice the wire too. I am bidding on a new GPS antenna now and will keep it in the car this time!
  9. Dawgbone - I have that issue right now I see my satellite icons are good but I only get one bar on the green antenna. I have constant issues when I input a route it keeps telling me to make a u-turn or tells me to turn the wrong way. It looks like it has me about 30 feet off track and I guess that is why it keeps spitting out new commands. How many green bars do you get with our antenna?
