I just had this same problom. cost $65 from the dealer for a new SPINDEL MOTOR shipped. fixed the problom on mine.

do you ave a blue wire coming out of the harness? hook it up with the othe bluu one or the red. i had this problom in my expo. what it is, is the factory amp turn on is most likely hooked up wrong, so you have to power it with anther wire from the same harness. do you get what i am saying? i know it sounds confusing.
