You have the correct and latest version of firmware installed. try taking the following steps. 1. turn stereo on 2. go to sources 3. press off 4. go to settings then AV Settings 5. make sure the connection is set to iphone 6. go back to AV Settings 7. go to Ipod Settings and select VGA. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

I was having trouble downloading the update too. The download would stop and it would say some network error. But then I tried my father in laws laptop and it worked. So may be if possible try a different laptop or use a differnt browser than what u r getting the error with.

Thank you. I just did the update on my z140bh, but was disappointed to see that there was no difference in the navi interface. I hope one day someone will be able to find a way to some how update this unit to avic z150.
