Try Installing the v.5 2013 map upgrade (on this forum)... Worked for me!! Official download refused to start upgrading but crack v.5 was spot on!!

@ Cavadini I had exactly the same issue with F20BT, for months I couldn't turn on BT, getting a stupid error message instead! I installed the ver.5 2013 map update today and all working again, I didn't even need to do the separate BT Firmware update!! Hope this helps!

I was having major issues with the Bluetooth not turning on and was just getting an an error on my F20BT! I noticed on another forum that others were having exactly the same problem and that Pioneer wanted £400 plus to swap out the BT chip!!! I originally tried to just update the firmware to Ver: 2.003 using the official download from Pioneer. I put the files on the SD card but it would not initiate the update on the head unit, even with full format to FAT32 etc. I then tried this crack version and it worked perfectly!!! Not only has BT started working again but I get the added bonus
