  1. Oh, you didn't by any chance press and hold the volume button for more than 2 sec? That put the D3 on mute. Not likely, but thought I ask.
  2. That's really weird because that screen only comes up when you're trying to play a video from the iPod.
  3. Let's see. Your signal chain is as follow: D3 -> amps -> speakers & sub. I am almost certain it is not the speakers because it is unlikely that all 5 of them are blown at the same time. Next, are the amps. Are they still on? When the amps get too hot, they go into self-protection mode and shut down. How are your amps installed? Do they share a power source? If they do, then check the fuse near the Positive terminal on the battery. If that fuse goes, then both amps would shut down. Last thing I would check is the RCA input/output cables.
  4. Are you trying to play a video from the iPod or hit the "video" button from the iPod menu by accident?
  5. Hm.... I don't think the RAZR allows xxx-xxx-xxxx format. Thanks for the help anywayz.
  6. I have the D3 and the RAZR. But, I have AT&T/Cingular as the service provider. The RAZR will transfer phonebook contacts. But, you will have to do it one at a time. If Verizon blocks this feature, then I am sure it will block it from other phones. It is not the phone, it is the service provider.
  7. I have a D3 with BTB200 and Moto Black Razr. D3 displays the number instead of the name of my contact eventhough the contact is in my address book. Is there a way to make the D3 display the names instead? Thanks for the help.
  8. Have you checked the voice guidance volume and make sure it is turned up?
  9. I think I got it. I re-read your manual again. On page 27, under Contact list, there is an option, "send via bluetooth". I think this is what you need. So, when your D3 is on transfer standby, following the instruction on your phone's user manual. I think you can transfer the whole contact list at once.
  10. From what I've read, you have no trouble pairing the D3 with your phone, right? If so, try the following steps: Pair your phone with the D3. On the D3, push the "menu" button. Push "Function" button. Push, "Phone book Transfer" You will see a blank screen with the menu bar that read, "Menu/Phone Book Transfer. Your D3 is now on transfer standby mode. The D3 is disconnected from your phone. Don't worry. This is normal. It is now ready for the transfer from your phone. Do Not try to pair it again. Now, grab your phone and follow the instruction to transfer the phone book.
