My phone (Asus Zenfone 2) doesn't have Mirrorlink. I think it's a hardware feature, isn't it?

Hi! This is a software problem. The software on my Android phone reads the music files on SD card once. When I restart the phone it starts playing immediately. The software from Pioneer tries to read USB/SD every time you turn on the unit or even when you switch from one AV to another. Sometimes it hangs for about 2 minutes when I switch from video to music on same AV. I contacted Pioneer's support but they ignore the problem.I'm thinking in return my unit to store. It's useless. Today it takes more than 5 minutes to resume the song it was playing yesterdar when I turned it off.

I think this problem should be solved by Pionner immediately. It's ridiculous. I had on my old car one CD Player from Pioneer from 2009. It has a SD slot and it starts playing last song immediately after I start the car. Now I've an AVIC-5000NEX and I waited more than 5 minutes and it didn't start to play the song. There is no meaning on this. It doesn't matter how fast is you SD card or your USB drive or how it is formatted. The problem is the software from Pioneer. I tried the same ammount of music on my Asus Zenfone 2 in a Micro SD card and it plays immediately after it's started. It's
