how do u burn the cds? DATA FILE? and does it have to be a dual layer dvd any info would help thx

i have downloaded the west cd and the east is currently downloading, when i get all down do i make a data?cd and does the burn cd have to be dual layer dvd? do i make a dvd or a data cd? anyone that can help me out post a reply any help will be appreciated thx guyz

I reset it a few,times but that was not help, till i had to travel out of state and i had to select the region that i was in i found out that i had it set in a wrong region it was in utah and i live in iowa lol but,that was the problems some how it swithced and i didnt think to change that so, after i switched it back to the right region i took the cd out and it works so, thx for all the help hope this can help pplz out that have a similar problem as me

but, it worked when i first got it i would take the cd out n i would be able to see streets and all of that when i took the cd out it worked fine but now it doesnt want to, yeha i got few ipods i was just wondering if any one had a fix to the problem

I tried reseting the unit that didnt help every time i put a cd in the navigation works, but as soon as i take the cd out my navigation stops doesnt work kinda freezes up every time i take the cd out i get "NO MAP DATA AVALIABLE ON THIS SCALE. SCALING UP" cant figure how to fix it if any one has any info let me know thx.

I had the D3 since Feb of 08 and it works awsome, but now iam having problems with my navigation it works with the DVD inserted as soon as i take the disc out my navigation is stuck it doesnt show streets dont show nothing i can see the map but, my cursor dont move but,if i get close to my house it will alert and recognize it i cant go to drivers view seems like its froze anyone with any suggestions or help?
