When submitting the rebate forms (for a D3x purchase), do we need the UPC of the outer D3x box only or do we have to include the ones inside (the D3, bluetooth, Ipod cable, etc.)??

I have a Boyo VTL400, bought from Amazon for <$100. Picture quality is excellent and looks much cooler than the Pioneer one.
