  1. I wanted to share what I found out. I have been discussing with Kenwood suport these past few days on how to customize the start-up screen. Here's what you should do: 1. Connect USB that contains your custom background ( for my test, i used an image with 480 x 234 pixels) 2. enter setup mode by: - holding both SRC+EJECT and while holding it press the RESET button - wait for the screen that displays: - Kenwood Image - OEM image 3. 2. The last time (2006) I had an amp + sub install from the grade schoolers of Hackuit City, my SUV was towed to my dealership's service center and stayed there for 30 days...they shorted the s**t of the poor vehicle to the extent that it fried a computer chip..

They used to have this at $598 and less $200 rebate comes down to $398 a few days later it was revised back to $598 with "rebate already applied" tag (they made a mistake)..then now $998 hahaha, well of course its out of stock. http://www.6ave.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=PIOAVICD3
