i taped the wires off and i lost ALL illumination.. i found 2 blown fuses which i replaced and to no avail still no illumination.. the AC is digital so that still works but i lost everything upfront. im going to try to check the wireing and fuses next nice day but im going to the casino tonite so wish me luck =)

I have a 2002 Chevy Trail Blazer. Used a GMOS-01 Kit which had 3 orange wires was told my vehicle did't have illumination going to the radio and thats why i lost all my dash lights.. can't even see my damn speedo. checked fuses replaced the ones gone bad. did i do a wrong job wireing it? OR is it just randomly geeked. The navi info says illumination is off. So idn.. thanks for help in advance. -John

OK SUCCESS!!! 3rd try, burned with dvd decrypter and followed directions it worked and everythings working perfect with the EAST cd. now to do the west. but for shits and giggles how do i make custom back grounds? THANK YOU TO THE HOST OF THE FILE AND ALL THE DIRECTIONS IN THIS THREAD!

OK UPDATE i downloaded east, burned it useing Magic iso, it burned fine i burned it at the slowest pace to play it safe. I got the invalid disc thing twice. then it said starting hardware update. it updated everything. NOW its plain fubared. the gps sensor still works calculated my speed and my return home destination thing works how ever when i try do an address search it sits their for a second and then returns back to the map, same goes for POI search and what not. I tried doing some addresses in my past history and it would not load them. HELP do i have a bad burn? corrupted DL of the

Im downloading the east and west version now. i HOPE i don;t have an issue how ever you never know. I live in CT and definatly could use a EAST and if possible WEST copy. I too am useing the 06 maps and hartford is totally screwed up. Will compensate someone for both copys for their time/effort. thanks
