  1. I don't think that is correct. The 2007 disk (CNDV-70MTP) is 7.6 Gigs and I burned it to a DL DVD for my avic d1 and it worked fine. Unfortunately, the CD/DVD drives in the AVIC-D1 & AVIC-D2 do not support DVD Dual Layer discs. 2. You need to download Jetware Mobile. It will make it work perfectly. www.jetwaremobile.com It has a free trial for 30 days, then its $15.00 to register. There is a working keygen out there. But I figured that the software worked so well it was worth paying for.
  3. LOL.. No thanks =].. What was even better was he still had all of the original boxes/manuals/etc and receipt from crutchfield. So I bought it and sold my D1 that day for the same price. So it was a free upgrade =]
  4. If you decide on a D3, watch craigslist. I just got a D3 with XM, Bluetooth, iPod interface cable, backup camera, and both Nav Discs for $350.00
  5. Didn't help on mine at all. So I ended up calling sprint retentions department( the people that talk you out of canceling), and got a new HTC Touch for $99.00 . I installed Jetware Mobile, and it works perfectly. Contacts, Battery Level, Signal Level, everything.
  6. Check out this link, it worked for me on my D1. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198477
  7. Thats what I've found from searching so far.. But what does "doesn't work well" mean? All I want it to do is answer the phone, and put the sound over my speakers. Don't care about address book access or any other features like that.
  8. I have a D1, and I'm wondering the same thing. From searching here all I can come up with is that it doesn't work that well, but nothing explaining why.
  9. Well I would hope that the btb-200 would mute it, and let me answer the phone. I am just hoping that when people are complaining about using it with the d1/d2's, that there problem is no contact list/ect... Just hoping I can answer from the d1. Thanks, David
  10. I have been reading on here quite a bit lately since I just purchased a D1. I know that it isn't bluetooth capable, but it seems from what I've read that it does sort of work. Has anyone had any experience using it on a D1/D2? All I want it to do is mute the music and let me answer the phone. Any other features I could care less about. Thanks, David
