Hi avic411 people, sorry I've been away from the scene. Been extremely busy with work and have absolutely no time at all to work on this project. Another bad news is that someone broke into my car and stole my F900BT so now I don't think I will ever continue with this development anymore. To those that pm me, sorry that I didn't reply to you. I don't want to be a jerk, but I just don't have the time anymore. Consider the development of the leetlauncher over for now. Not sure what you mean by leaves files on flash, this software does not even tough the flash drive, it all runs from SD card. Nothing gets installed to the flash drive. Sorry forgot to tell you guys. There are two or three minor script and exe files that get copied over to the flash however, it does not affect the original unit software at all. Very small file that can be deleted at any time. It is in the APL folder.

Sorry if you guys are expecting an update. I am busy with other projects too so I have to balance out my work load. I will release an update once I get a chance, my priority is to get Audio Video of the stock pioneer to work with the leetlauncher. If you guys can compile me a list of bugs in the meantime that would be a great. I will work on fixing these bugs once I dedicate my time to working on the pioneer unit again.

For everyone that is having a hard time with the coverflow, I will be providing a software that allow you to manages this later. But in the meantime you will have to know how to modify .xml files to get it working. And also yes like dpdurst post above, It should accept folder path (the album) as well as well as any file format, that coreplayer can play. This includes (mp3,avi,m3u,mpg,etc ....)

Not sure if there is a way. Shell.exe is very important inside My Flash Disk. If you accidently delete that, you wont be able to bypass into windows ce.

Yes this is a bug that is caused when a album art cover is not found or can not be open, it uses the last art cover. I will fix it in the next release. Thanks for pointing it out.

Thank you everyone for testing the launcher. Sorry I might not be able to get back to most of your questions and feedback, but I will be reading them and continue to fix them on future releases. My goal is to get everything integrated and not leave any features out that you can originally run on the stock Pioneer deck. This is still in beta so expect to have alot of bugs.

Coverart that shows up on the coreplayer has to be embedded in the ID3 Tag. Coverart that shows up on the coverflow use the file art file specify in the xml file.

Yes it should reads USB Drive as well. It should come up with the drive name "USB Drive".

I do agree I tried a few times and it does work fine, I had not fully tested that out earlier. Yes you do not have to redo it every time. You only have to redo this steps only when your car for some reason switch the source. Until i figure out how to control the pioneer library ( which means i can control the whole deck even ipod), you guys will have to do it by hand for now.

Remember I will provide a management software for the pc/mac when I get a chance to write it. So therefore it will be easier than doing it by hand. Im just releasing it early so that you guys can help me find bugs. I will look into the visual later, i like to have this feature too .

Sorry I have not update the Garmin yet, there are other things more important than the Garmin lol. Anyways if anyone cares to know the source of the problem of the gps sattlelite on the garmin its in one dll file "QueBlueCom.dll". If anyone have the patience, you can try find multiple QueBlueCom.dll files online and replace it to see if to works.

The new LeetLauncher should support bluetooth so wait for it.

xm radio/fm/am/ipod will not be supported yet. There are still problem with the audio video running alongside with leetlauncher. Once i figured out why, the LeetLauncher will be fully integrated with the pioneer deck.

Its 70% done, there are some problem using the launcher with the Stock avic software at the moment. I might release it early just for people that don't use the stock AVIC software. But here are some teaser screenshots of the upcoming LeetLauncher v3.0. Also I will be writing a Windows Vista/XP media management to use with the LeetLauncher, so you will be able to manage your playlist and and files. I did not have a chance to deal with hard drive on the usb yet, however someone told me they were successful with it. I am too busy with multiple things and trying to release the next launcher to test this out. But I'll look into it once I release the next launcher. If this hd works with the usb, it can be use as a replacement for the Ipod, since I will write a windows client to manage music/videos/pictures.

Hello everyone, a big update to the Launcher is coming very soon... Sorry to keep everyone waiting. Some of the new key feature to the launcher will include: 1.) A Total Redesign of applications launcher including automatic launching 2.) CorePlayer (Modified and skinned for car used of Audio and Video). Thanks to xdng79x figuring out that switching Audio to SD allow full sound output source to the Windows CE. 3.) Easier Navigation between programs. 4.) Media Library Management (still in progress...) Sorry everyone i've been pretty busy with other project outside of the avic community as well as doing stuff for work. Im working on updating the launcher so that it would automatically launch selected navigation software and adding extra features. I wasn't able to make good use of the pioneer library yet, but will let you guys know when I am successful.

trust me i tested some high quality video and the deck were able to handle it whereas the tcmp didn't (choppy). Having rear speaker+front+pioneer sound module > than only front speaker using tcmp.
