perhaps it is the unit my 90 runs like great starts up in 30 secs and is a rocket at 45 secs. It sounds like you weren't trying to give it a chance. some people... Yeah but when i bought i got the 90 for just as cheap as the 900. There is a map and xm logo update that is set to go on sale in april. If your in to the torrents you might be able to get if for free

The 90 comes with a ipod cable, 4v preouts, 2 year warranty and both of them need a xm adapter.

You need to get your head out of yours. It has worked since 2.0 You need to read more carefully, I said iPod TOUCH, not the Nano that you have. The cover art from my new latest-gen iPod Nano is great on my F700BT. It looked VERY pixely on my 1st gen 2GB Nano on the AVIC, so I think this will be iPod dependent. I have tried a ipod classic 80 and 120, 3rd gen nano, 4th gen nano, 2nd gen nano, ipod touch gen 1 and 2 and my old school 30gb all with the same result.
