Well i have an ex girlfrieds favorite address and want to get rid of it... did anyone figure this out? With out clearing all of them?

Well I replaced the data.zip file, and it worked for a bit, with out adding the font file, wasnt sure where to put the font file, so after a few it started rebooting on me, so then I placed the font file in the same place the data.zip file resided, and havent had the problem since. Awesome mod!! Now the only thing I need to work on is the hand break connection, so that i dont have to pull up the handbreak to use the maps. Also if anyone knows a mod that disables the blue tooth caller ID box when the phone is in use that would be awesome too!!

Used the data.zip and edited the speed control, and works great! Only thing i have a problem with is when im listening to my iphone the graphic on the bottom left is covering the cancel route button. Other than that, awesome!

Well you can try using the "knob" to answer and end the call. See if that works.

haha ok just checking.... I've actually seen that on posts before, so wasnt too sure.. np.. This Boris your talking about would he possibly know someone that could look into this? or maybe himself? Sorry if I came across like an a**hole wasnt my intention..

I've seen that too. So I'm wondering if there is a way to somehow stop that box from coming up. I'm no programmer by any means.

No ..... I want to see how many miles i have left when i have a trip planned on the gps. It gets covered when on the phone.

Whenever im on a call, seems that he head unit is completely useless. I am only able to use the box that appears to be where i can hang up the phone and adjust the volume. I wont that to either be translucent or gone all together.. Anyone know of a work around? I search for something like this and cant find anything.

There is a cable that should have come with the Fseries if it didnt there is a cable that does USB / Video and connects directly to your IPhone 3G. It looks like a splitter that splits into a usb connection that connects to the USB coming out of the f series. Is this the cable you are using? or is it ONLY the ipod connection to the iphone... Cause this cable will NOT charge the phone. Well not sure why a pioneer tech would say that the NEW 3G phones charge via firewire, when in fact they charge though USB.. That was the hole stink about all the accessories etc not working with the new phones. So who ever told you that lied.. Iphone 3G phones charge through USB ONLY. I have one, and it seems to charge just fine.. Maybe a little slower (which maybe why you lost juice, depending on how long that call was). Also were you using bluetooth during that call?

Well everything seems to be working fine with the new data.zip, and no blue bars, only when I need them.. GOOD WORK TO THOSE WHO PUT THE EFFORT IN!

All you have to do is open 2 explorer windows. In the first window browse to the file you want (example: disk\alp2\igo\filname) highlight that file then click on the very lower right hand icon and enable the keyboard. Once this is up, click on CTRL - then click C.. Then click on the other explorer window and on the keyboard click CTRL - V to paste in the folder you want it in. I had to do it this way as I had the same problem with the buttons.

I have successfully backed up the data.zip, and replaced the on on the navi. I boot up and when I set a destination the bars come up, but no street names show, unless this is because I havent started driving yet. I will repost when I complete some driving. Maybe GPS has to recognize the street name at the top of the screen when I start moving.
