well what model sirius unit do you have? loose ip bus cable? bad antenna? need more details

how much you willing to throw down on that help? what file did you edit / delete that you need replaced. post here and i will put the file on rapid share for you to download

try the reset button... see if that helps. the only time i get or can duplicate a lag is playing divix off the sd card

This would have cost $5000 five years ago

reset the unit with a paperclip or pen in the reset hole.. try to remove power and reconnect this may help get you in testmode
