Good diretions avicf700bt!! I followed them and it WORKED...yeah. My only comment is when you extract the data.zip file I was getting it extracted with all the folders extracted... I just went and found it and copied it using explorer... Thanks for the step by step....

I played around with the voice today for first time. Kinda disappointing. Can't really do much. I am not a phone or Ipod avic guy. I suppose it saves you a little time going from XM to AM. But you always have to hit the button every time you voice something.... i think ?? I wish it could stay in voice then go back and forth between AM and XM without having to hit button to enter voice...

Can someone suggest where the XM atenna should go on outside of my car. Right next to the anteanna shown here??? It is Honda CRV. Terron suggested back dash. I don't think I have one -- no...

I am having this issue now. XM is dropping out. REal bad. The 2 antennas are mounted under my dash next to each other I believe. I did not do the install. I have 700bt. Nav works fine with no drop out. XM drops out every few minutes... unacceptable. I have a Honda 2008 CRV LX. Do you recommend I tell the installer to mount the XM antenna on my roof now??? Or just separate them more under my dash.?

Can you guys answer a question for me. My installer put in XM and I have not activted XM yet. There is no sound coming out put I see the channel. Should you still be able to listen to the Emergency Band Etc with sound even though you haven't activated XM for your account to get all the stations????

An upodate guys. I created a new ebay account using my business paypal account etc. Went to buy my 700bt. Cashback CAME UP. bought it and got my rebate. so i still think they limit you by ebay id after a certain number of times. $358 for refurb 700bt after cashback...sweet. Now if it only works

Just an FYI for those looking for the 25% off deal. You only get 12 shots at this I believe. I went back and forth to the live.com website then to ebay and never bought...... Well now the 25% off does not appear anymore under my ebay account...because I did it 12 times even though I didn't buy anything. So never use the live.com trick unless you are SURE you are going to buy... I am going to create another ebay user ID and use that now....

Can someone confirm to add XM to the AVIC-700BT you need the following only: XM Tuner (GEX-P920XM) When I looked at the Kenwood the guy grabbed 2 boxes from the wall to connect XM. Just want to make sure for the Pionner alls you need is the above.....
