I just got done reinstalling my f700bt. I had a PAC speaker to line level converter on the speaker outs that was causing general problems with sound quality. This time, I removed the hi-lo converter and replaced the speaker connections on the car-side of the wiring harness with RCA plugs (They go to a stock Bose amp that wants a line level input), and plugged those into the pre-outs on the f700bt.
Music sound quality is now significantly improved, but I am now running into a different problem. The pre-outs on the f700bt aren't quite hot enough. I can listen at the upper end of the volume
