Is it possible to revert back to 2.0 if this upgrade fails? Is it possible to toast the unit? Are future firmware upgrades possible? What exactly is the worst case risk of doing this upgrade?

I was wondering if anybody knows when Pioneer will be releasing an update to the CNSD-100FM map update. The maps on this are for 2009. I'm thinking that maybe I should wait for the 2010 map release if it is coming out shortly? Also, does anybody know if the 3.0 update makes your F series unit into an X series? Are you able to make firmware updates to your AVIC F700BT like you can for the AVIC-X710BT? Any comments would be appreciated.

Hi, can someone please make me a KIA background. I just want a simple black screen with the Kia emblem/logo in chrome/silver. Similar to the Toyota pic I have attached with "Pioneer" in the top left corner and "Kia" in the top right and "Navigation Loading..." on the bottom. I have the Avic 7000BT (800X480). I tried doing it myself with a photo editor for hours and keep screwing up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
