Abb! I am very much looking forward to your new release. I know it is a lot of work designing, programming, testing, correcting and testing over and over again. As far as uploading goes, pictures are always nice, but they are not essential. If always start out by making a full backup and if I don't like the new one, well in goes the old one. ABB. I installed your mod and it looks great. I do have a problem with Map change, as I have some TA maps on the unit and the rest on a SD card with the following structure: in the root: IGO folder and POI folder with TA poi's. In the IGO folder I have CONTENT/MAP (with some TA maps) folder. I tried to add a MAP_NT folder to the SD card and put some Navteq maps in. When I change to Navteq maps it works on the unit, but not on the SD card. Is it too much to ask for a fix? By the way, what Schemes are you using to get the screen look like the pictures on page 1? One last thing. I don'

Hej Boris. Thank's for the v3.0 version. I have a EU version and get an error when I press the Traffic button in the Destination Menu. FFUIERROR: Unknown object identifier Identifier=[vTmcFlowEventsSelected] Script "st_TmcEventsList_init" command 7 I press ok and it then continues into a empty screen where I can choose Settings for TMC, it scans and finds a TMC station but does not show any events. I hope it can be solved regards

How do I import a new voice (not TTS voice) in iGO 8.3. I moved the voice file to the voice folder, but it does not show up. When I delete all the EU voices I don't want, they still appear in the list of available voices. The same with languages. They must somehow be referenced in a file somewhere. I did manage to get the new voice to work by deleting the choosen voice file and changing the default voice in sys.txt to the one I want. That is not a nice solution. Anybody knows?

Just to inform you, that it is possible to put the maps on an SD card. What you do is to use 2 SD cards with the file structure: igo\content\map. You then put TeleAtlas maps in the map folder on one card and Navteq maps on the other. You must delete the maps in the map folder in the My Flash Disk. Igo looks at the SD card if it can't find the maps on the Flash Disk. You then boot the Avic with the SD card of your choice. You cannot change maps on the fly. Dem and Building files works for both TA and Navteq maps as previosly stated. I had no success moving Dem and Building files to the SD c

Guga I noticed a small problem with the FM signal strength icon. The stock icon shows 0 to 5 bows and that works depending on the signal strength of the station. When I use your Image.res (both versions), I only get the new icon with 0 bows. (by the way, you have 2 icons with 1 bow). I replaced your 5 icons with the stock icons and it works again. Boris The version no. 8.3 is a little confusing as it still is a mod for iGo 8.0 and not iGo 8.3. Am I correct? mbk

Stanislavovich I think I solved the problem with TMC. I made a change in Start.ui in Common: was: runif vBeta "1" '' Changed to: runif vBeta "1" 'btnAMM_TMS.show, sprAMM_TMS.show' Now I get the Traffic button and can enter TMC setup. I don't know if this is the right way to fix the problem, could you please confirm. Thank's for the time you used on this problem. Mbk

Stanislavovich I did replace the 2 files in your Data.zip, unfortunately it did not work. Device Region = EW (not EU) and Testmode = Off - No TMC Device Region = EW (not EU) and Testmode = EUR - TMC One other thing I noticed was that in Testmode = EUR, I could not use the back arrow (return to previous menu) Mbk

Stanislavovitch Thank's for your answer. You are right about the second part. Run does work. About TMC: It works if I change Testmode to EUR. As soon as I change it to OFF and restart the unit, TMC is gone. Would you mind having a look at the code (I think it is in start.ui in common, but you know best). Thank's again Mbk

Stanislavovich I really like your mod, however I have found 2 problems: My unit is a European F900BT (sys.txt: type="PIONEER746EW" and it does have TMC (it was there before the mod), but with your Data.zip (july 1, 09) it is gone. I believe I have been through all the menues. Could you please tell me where I should find it (Destination menu?) and where in the Data.zip you activate it. The other thing is the new feature to run other programs. When I press any of the 3 possibilities, nothing happens even though I have both SD card and USB stick mounted. mbk
