How?? i was the install supervisor, i got a few of them along with many amps and other pioneer indashs. my store was one of the first 150 to close now i just have one problem my unit now is booting up then shutting off it seems right when it should switch screens from boot up.. i really dont want to send mine back but if i have to then ohh well ill pop in a new indash

well i got my 900 from c city for 110$

i have cycled the engine multiple times and nothing...

AVIC f900bt my unit was working perfect last night , i get in the car this morning and the unit starts the boot up process and after about 15 seconds it will totally shut off as in no lights on buttons or anything

actually no they arent bad, yes they are a bit slow for the load up but hey id rather have that than a disk. but it seems to me all the people that are compaining have probably payed full price in a store... yes the price 1100 in stores, but on the interenet they are like 650 to 700 i say thats a steal. and the ipod connectivity is freaking amazing plus the video quality is quite nice too. i got my f900bt for 220$ BRAND NEW, AND WOW I REALLY CANT complain at all except my install was very time consuming, i had to cut my dash and make a dash kit, stupid tsx! but im very happy

ok or you can do a nice job on twisting wires together, dont just twist, hold one wire and twistthe other around it then wrap the one you were holding back over the other. looks like a blob ibut it will hold good if you pull. solder and shrink wrap, pftt too much time and effort for the same quality

i got the same problem and i cant figure out how to fix it, im an installer and have bypassed an older unit, but the other day i tried to do it on a 2.0 updated one and same problem as you

ok i did the hardware bypass on an old one without the update and its perfectly fine, now on the new units, the ones with the giant orange stickers that say 2.0 update there is a problem. after moving about either 500 feet or going about 10 mph there is a pop up that says improper brake hookup blah blah blah. how can i fix this.
