  1. does anyone know where I could get a replacement screen from? I scratched one during an install and would like to repair it some how. all the touch functionality is there, it's just a very unsightly mark in the middle of the screen. thanks for your help.
  2. they said they can't give me the info, any they don't have plans to develop for winCE this sucks.
  3. cool, I'll email the company and see if they have or will even release that to me. Thanks!
  4. well I checked the drivers included with my software and there is alot of ftdi stuff in there, seems like its compatible like you say... so now I just have to figure out how to tell the device to get me the info I want correct? and this is done through the companies API ??
  5. EEGeek: great work on the interface and all your progress on this topic, it really makes me hopeful that I wont need to build a separate computer just to show software gauges. maybe you can help me through a solution for a product I already have. It was mentioned earlier that a company (www.uprev.com) makes a cable to interface with the ECU on many nissan and infiniti vehicles. Through this cable and the software they have already developed you can flash the ECU with tuned roms they design for each car, I don't mind doing this from my laptop when needed... The part I'm interested in i

  8. I've been wondering this for a little while... I have software for my car called osiris, (www.uprev.com) there is a datalogging / car information program that has a bunch of nice little gauges that come up when the software is loaded. the hardware is a cable that goes from odbII to USB. currently installation is available for XP and Vista, I was wondering if there was a way to port the software to CE.
  9. I'm in for a GB assuming the software isn't locked by key for a single user some how...
  10. Making colors shouldn't be that hard, just mill blocks of Aluminum instead of the Stainless and send them off to get anodized. materials and tooling should be cheaper on the Aluminum too, the price of Anodizing would off set it though.
