  1. sounds like most likely it's a hardware problem or the gps antenna is picking up interference? especially since you said "My unit will show movement EVEN IF I AM STANDING STILL".
  2. I also noticed this. All the brands show up for me (Chevron, Shell, 76, Valero) but it seems like 2/3 of the locations aren't found/shown..
  3. I made my own custom Image.res skin which worked with firmware 2.0, just curious if anyone who's already upgraded to 3.0 knows if it will still work once I upgrade? It's likely that with the way they changed some settings menus around they prolly added some additional images, but I was wondering if the files I changed would be named the same in the newer Image.res file?
  4. Here's a tutorial: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... install+07 Pretty sure the VSS is the same for 06
  5. nm, i think i found it.. ";Stop Nav Button" Sounds about right!
  6. Hi diaftia, Great mod and thanks for posting! I have a quick question for you. I have a F700 so I obviously don't have MSND, I've already gone into navigatemap_800_480.ui and removed the code for the quicklaunch buttons for MSND and moved the Trip Computer buttons up, but I also wanted to move the Delete Route button when you have a route set back to where it is above the mute button in the original keeper mod. Is the code for the delete route button in navigatemap_800_480.ui as well or is it in a different ui file? Thanks in advance
  7. That isn't sounding very promising.. Would you say it's worse than the 2007 maps? Just curious, what area do you live in?
  8. Here's a link to the cable I'm using now: http://store.apple.com/us/product/MB129 ... MjE0NTAzOA However I just saw this thread: viewtopic.php?t=26067 In there people are talking about how the cables that plug into the back of the avic unit could also be the problem. When i switched out my cable I made sure that the RCA cables weren't being smashed when I had to shove everything back into my dash so that could also be why I fixed it.
  9. I think it's a defect in the Pioneer iPod cable being very cheap. I had the same problem but fixed it by switching to the Apple iPod cable. Don't know if this will work for everyone but it's worth giving it a try and if it doesn't fix it I guess you can always just return the Apple cable?
  10. You need to get rid of the ! infront of "navigation.has_route" in one of the lines so it looks like this:
