What I was getting at is that KML files are really slow. The best thing is to convert into a native format. If you want that as POI's rather than speedcams convert to igo poi format rather use kml. If you do use POI's for camera make sure you set them up in there own group then use the advanced speed cam options (poi's) to give you the alerts back. This wont give you the times, direction or speeds though . On another note I finished the rewrite of the POI code on the weekend. I suspect you are using one of the early beta data.zip files. Change back to one of the released versions, I have removed the beta's from 4shared as they are very old in terms of the skin development anyway. Give the last V3update02 file a a try and this will not have the BT issue that the early beta had. also make sure you do not have the incorrect device line in sys.txt. All units should have at lest V2 Firmware, however you need V3 Firmware for this update. I would suggest you update to V3 as it has lots of advantages one of them being that new mods are developed on V3 not V2. Well that's your problem you have tried to put a V3 update on V2 firmware The maps for igo 8.3 are not compatible with 8.0 Restore your backup then use the V2 updates for the correct OZ maps for your firmware Cheers 34by151

If you stick to the released versions you will not have a problem with BT. The current Beta also does not have an issue with this as it was fixed aprox 18 revisions ago, however this is not available for download. Once debugging is complete it will be made available to selected beta testers. Once they have completed checking over everything it will be released and available to all Cheers 34by151

I have an editor for the speed camera files. This allows you to import and edit the speedcam files. You can also create new locations. When you are finished you output as a spud (speed cam update) file. when you boot you this the imports and overrides/updates any existing locations as well as adding you new ones I will locate this and post a link soon Cheers 34by151
