  1. My F700BT has the same issue. My first unit did not boot up when the installers tried to install it. I had to ship it back to Pioneer to get it replaced, so technically, this is my 2nd F700BT. Since the 3.0 update (legal, no hacks, I'm a good boy!), I have randomly had to input my password into the head unit 3 different times, have had numerous times where boot up took minutes, and the GPS has seemed slow on response. On a trip this weekend, I had to input the password the 3rd time. On the way home, the unit was working during the morning. We stopped for lunch, and when we starte
  2. F700BT. Never installed any hacks prior to the update. Installed 3.0 about 2 weeks ago. Installed failed twice at about 96% & 98%, but hitting the button continued the install. No further install issues. Have noticed that the USB drive I have connected to the accessory cable sometimes fails to show up, so the radio is turned off when the unit boots. Have to unplug and re-plug in the USB drive. Never had this happen before. Bluetooth connection doesn't seem to be automatic anymore with either of our Samsung Eternities (it was before), but the Nokia N95 has no such problems.
  3. Do you have any factory or after-market amp (Bose, etc.) installed? My GM has a Bose factory amp, and installing the wrong interface module (such as the GMOS01 instead of the GMOS04) will distort the sound significantly.
  4. F-series model: F700BT Phone make/model: Nokia N95 Ease of connection: Quick, always connects Phone book transfer: Default from phone is to send one contact at a time. Downloaded the Nokia_810_Contacts_Download_S60_3rd.sis program from europe.nokia.com and installed it on my phone, and was able to transfer entire phone book at once. Sound quality: Good sound quality, not great, but good. Comments: Works very well.
