  1. I am getting this error occasionally. I think maybe it is related to the remove Nag screen mod. I have a clean install of 3.01. I only get the error maybe 1 out of 20 times that the unit boots up.
  2. Does anyone know where to connect this blue wire to in a 08 cobalt. My FM reception is ok at best. Im also using the GMOS Lan adapter so I could keep all the onstar stuff and there is nowhere on the adapter to hook up this wire. Thanks
  3. Any chance your software would work with the HP Tuner module? It would be really nice not to have to bring my laptop just to log the car. Thanks.
  4. Small issue. The stereo will dim at night just like it should except when I hit the high beams it goes to full brightness. I am using the GMOS lan adapter. Is there a solution to this other than hooking into the parking lights wire? I sometimes use my parking lights during the day and don't want the stereo to dim. Thanks for any help.
  5. Would somebody please post the data.zip file with the MSN stuff removed? Thanks in advance.
  6. If you have a old computer laying around with a cd drive you can use the audio cable that goes between the cdrom and motherboard. Pull the pin out of the side that plugs into the CD drive. Its not the exact pin but I was able to shove it in to the Avic connector enough that it stays.
  7. I ended up replacing the OEM XM receiver with the pioneer one. Its located under the rear deck and was a bitch to get out. Make sure you look at the notes for the SWI-PS. There are 2 wires you have to cut out of your cars harness to make it work. It tells you what pins and color they are in the instructions for the SWI-PS. I didnt look in the notes and it took me forever to figure out why it wasnt working.
  8. Looks good. I just did the install on my 2008 Cobalt SS/TC. Are you planning on keeping the XM?
  9. Yeah I did notice it says ATT on the screen. Thanks.
  10. Anyone else have a problem with their steering wheel mute button using the PAC SWI-PS Interface. When I hit the button the radio mutes but I am still getting sound out of 1 speaker. Its the same speaker I get the warning beeps and blinker through from the GMOS LAN adapter. Not sure how to fix this problem. I know the mute buttom is correct because the onstar mutes the radio just fine. Thanks.
