I am currently using the new small style but I would prefer the old one with larger buttons myself. I think for overall functionality & safety its a better choice. While you may have more options available with fewer button taps on the small style; you have to focus more to see what the heck your selecting. So what if the map gets covered for a few seconds, I could probably get around faster with the larger buttons. Like most others have said, the larger ones would be a better choice IMO.

I installed this mod today on my lunch break & so far (crossing fingers ) it is working fine. I really like some of the features this package has. My next step is to try and get the Apple theme back and get it working with this setup (lost it with the upgrade to 3.0). If I have any issues I will be sure to post them for all see/solve. Props for a very nice mod!!! Chris

Im not sure what version your running...but you could always upgrade to 3.0. I just did this weekend.

I just tried this update (for the second time)...got it to work without a hitch the second time. Just take your time and follow the instructions. I have done some hacks/mods in the past and was a little worried about this one. After the first try I thought I had a brick, then I started from scratch and round 2...SUCCESS Now its time to get my other mods back + new ones! Thanks for the great write up on installing this update!
