you can us the 746_32K_MN-705_32b in the data.zip file to change the globe. if you choose to use the file files it will modify your whole GPS settings.

the hard part with the cruise dial was finding where the code is & finding out what each code is for and what it does. the theme is now up for download in the themes viewtopic.php?f=44&t=29671

im hoping to cover everything in this theme. but to chnge the BG for the NAV to anything but black in this would be really hard to keep everything flawless and seemless. to many screens use that BG. but i think everything works fine with the black BG as for a release date. i think maybe around the holidays.

i reworked the whole mod and started over on placements of everything. i also fixed the trip computer buton with the right one. your looking for this line in navigatemap_800_480.ui in the iGo data folder. replace with this line..... im still working on some coding for this. thanks to the person that took the time to make this mod. this is the better version with everything all lined up.

just make a blank image in a photo editer program of 800x480. & load up the 2 files. both file are in the image.res file in the commom folder. Bottom image is ~ 746_32K_MN-001_24b Top ~ 746_32K_MN-003_24b make sure to replace all 4 files if your going to change the button when pushed. the other 2 can be found in the DATA folder in the APL2/iGo/Data.zip. once unziped there are in the ~ ui_pioneer/800_400 folder witht he same name. If you using the Diaftia's Hybrid mods V2 save the image as AJG_Aurora_iGo.bmp

i was hoping that someone can help me out with some image files. i think i know what files they are but i can't open them. i tried CS3 & Paint but no luck. i was hoping someone would have some files or information that would be helpful in changing the theme of the mod. BDS_blank.bmp, BDS_trip1.bmp, BDS_trip2.bmp, BDS_trip3.bmp, BDS_trip4.bmp, BDS_trip5.bmp, BDS_trip6.bmp, BDS_tripx.bmp, BDS_gloss_top.bmp, BDS_speedometer_num_mph.bmp, BDS_speedometer_bg.bmp, BDS_speedometer_bg1.bmp, trip_diricon_bg.bmp, BDS_compassmask.bmp this seems to be all the files that are used with this mod.

Just finished up on Keepers Speedo Mods for the skin. its a pain in the butt finding all the files used for the mods and the places they go. I aslo change the GPS blank globe to a picture of the real earth. dont get any better then that. the main menu has been changed with the boxes and i also mad the main images bigger. I changed up the speaker button & off button on the speedo mod. i think it looks alot better. Here is the ipod screen & speedo in action.

Here is a better look at what the new skin is going to look like on your radio. I didn't add all the files to it. this is just your basic BG and buttons.

there are still about 20 or images to play with and that would be one of them. hopefully i can get the blue and red versions out on the same day.

This is an unfinished skin project. The ipod part of the skin is untested & feedback would be help full. I have to get ahold of my friends & check it out. I'm still working on the skin But i have come to a turtle craw on working on it. Updates will be posted when something new is added so check back every now & than. i didn't even hook up that wire. i put it back in the box. if i recall right it hooks up to the reverse light wire.
