I was reading back through the thread, and noticed that one of your updates was to fix a problem with the POI search. I am not sure what that fix was, but I am wondering if I could have hosed something up related to that fix? I downloaded from the first post on page 1 this morning, and copied everything over, over writting everything that was existing. I did not go back to my backup prior to my installation of the mod pack the other day. Is there something that I might should have deleted?

Ok, I updated to the post on page 1. I still cannot find any POI using the drop down menu. I tried searching with each button option and it would not find anything. If I press "menu", "destination", "POI", and look that way, there is no problem...I find everything around me. Trip computer still not working. It worked once, but hasn't worked since. Will wait until someone finds the problem with this. POI icons are now showing up on the map as I drive, both in route and no route...cool... I made changes to the elevation signs. I made a new bmp file for the non-route view. T

I am using the latest version (from page 10). I did a simulation as you pointed out and the speed limit sign showed up, even on the 10 freeway where it had not before. I was on a route, and it included the 10 freeway which is a major freeway in southern California. I will try it on a longer route tonight on the way home. I know I am going to hate myself for asking this, because I have seen it before, but can't remeber how (the unit is till new to me)...how do I do a "flyover"?

I am running a US F90BT with the official update. Just downloaded your mod compilation, and instructions are excellent, even for the nooB I am. I had played a little removing the clock and the compass and moving a few buttons prior to this, but that was the extent of it. I also followed another post on how to fix your contacts list. You should download a copy of testmode, put it on an SD card and see if your unit will boot into testmode. If it will, you should be able to get it going again. Search the forums here and you will find a copy of testmode to download. Also, if it works, you can search the forum and find someone's backup to download...I know I have seen both here.
