    I think you need a generic license.Mine runs both Navteq and TA with no issues.If you PM me with your email address I will try and send you what you need.

    Steve I can send you a fully working flash disc on SD card if you wish.It is tried and tested and helped me to get my unit back up and running when I've messed it up.

    If anyone is interested I will upload a copy of MFD which is running the stan/Andr 2000 mod with shortcut to Primo.This is due to the continuing help and support of Ryar ,who along with Chuck has kept this forum going!

    Garmin maps are Navteq I believe.Therefore you should be able to put them in the maps_nt folder and use the map changer facility to select them.

    I like this mod very much,but can't agree with the comments regarding other modders.I think we should remember that these mods are primarily done for the benefit of the modder.The fact they are willing to share their work with us should be applauded and not berated.

    Try deleting all the map,poi,building files that you don't need.Get rid of maps which you won't need.

    As a user,rather than a modder,I love the Avicnet interface.I accept that there was ,and in certain aspects,still are teething troubles with it.This is the reason why I will always be more than happy to try things out on my european unit which will hopefully be of some assistance to the real stars of this forum,the modders.Unfortunately some stars see thier status as more important than others....but thats life!I hope we can all carry on together and continue to make Avic411 a great site to visit,and contribute.They may well be other potential stars out there itching to put thier ideas forward

    Youre probably right Abb.However after all the fantastic efforts by Ryar(still ongoing?)I am happy to stay with it until things are at thier optimum.If not we have all the fantastic mods which yourself,Chuck,IDT,Diafita,DPDurst, and many others to rely on.I am just happy that this forum is still going and welcome any new ideas.Some may work and some wont,but that is better than a dead forum IMHO.
