    Dear Santa If you happen to stumble upon our forum,is there any chance you can sort out the sound on Primo 1.2 so we can hear it without having to play through an SD card.I know you have one of these on your sliegh to help you find your way around so see if you can do nthis for the lads????Thanks.

    Has anyone who has successfully got the maps working in Garmin and Tom Tom please confirm exactly where you have put them.I am looking at the instructions in post 1 and refer to the instructions regarding Tom Tom.I don't have a directory called My flash disc/Maps.Or do I have to create one?

    Ryar. Thank you very much for making the English TTS available.I have installed the voice files into content/voice folder but I'm not sure where the other files go exactly.I tried to select the uk voice but my unit froze and I had to reboot.Could you please tell me where to put the other files so I can get my girl to tell me where to go in English twang!!! Edit Forget that Ryan I have it sorted,must have had a dodgy SD card but it's all fine now,thanks.

    Ryar Tried the Primo with audio from any source and it was a great success.Only problem is it seems there is no option to select euro signs,units etc and no tts inenglish uk.Is this something that can be addressed please?I am correct in thinking this versionis Primo 1.0 and that the audio settings anther be selected in 1.1 or 1.2?As always thank you for all your great work on the forum.

    Ryar Really appreciate your continued development work with Primo.I for one prefer the primo interface over stock IGO now I am more used to it.Wonder if Chuck has avoided the temptation to have a more intense play with it?Best regards Chuck if you are still around here!

    Excuse the silly question but....I am running my 900 on firmware 3.0.Can you tell me what would be the advantages of installing the above?There was a big difference after upgrading from 2 to 3,so really what I'm asking is it worth it?? Update Flashed to 6 and the unit seems to boot faster and also react faster.Might be my imagination but either way I am happy!!

    Nearly there.TTS working on both primo and primo2.TMC working on primo 2.only problem is on primo I have the speak command icon(microphone)instead of the traffic icon.When it is all working correctly I will put a link for anyone in the UK to try it.

    Can I copy the maps from my Garmin nuvi(registered to me and activated)and just paste it into the Garmin folder in avicnet?Will this work??Exciting times on 411 at the moment!!

    I know it worked with the download in http://avic411.com/index.php?/topic/32522-primo-for-avic-f-series/ but have noticed in the download with this thread that there is no TMC folder in the contents folder.Also there is no reference to TMC in the sys.txt. I did replace the new Primo folder with the older one,but then i couldnt get a GPS fix.I am 95% there,just need a working TMC and I will a happy bunny!!

    Has anyone in the uk managed to get TMC traffic working with the version of primo contained within this mod?If so,can you tell me how please!I did have it working spasmodicly with the previous version but can't get it going on this one.Thanks.

    Hi Ryar Just a couple of questions if you can answer them please. Do we have to reboot to change platforms ie Tom Tom to primo or Garmin to Tom tom etc? Will sound work on the other platforms? Cheers.
