NM all is well... i downloaded the problem rars again and they work fine.. must have got lost in transfer.. i was downloading as many at a time as firefox would allow =P

I was able to get all the new stuff working with the standard pioneer license, no need for the other one unless a mod you have specifically asked for it. thanks.. i am dlin the new maps from ur site.. i will try dlin them again but so far i have ran into 4 or 5 with corrupt rar's im keeping a list ill let you know

what does the asbis license do i have the worldwide and addon.. can someone point me to a link for it/

out of curiosity... what issues have you had? since upgrading to v3 my avic has not even hiccuped once (unless i caused it modding)

i can vouch the hacked ezrider and maps work on 3.02 update as well.. navteq and teleatlas.. it is my opinion that the TA maps are better.. at least for my area

i had the x910 myflashdisk image loaded on my f7010bt... updated to 3.01 using the xseries update.. i "borrowed" the official update from a friend of mine just to see what happened .. SD1 doesnt have any updates if ur already at 3.01.. but if you boot ur avic with the SD2 in it.. no password.. no nothing.. it just updated.. im running 3.02 on mine now.. *cough* what was i suppose to do?? once i saw that it worked its not like i could turn my avic off and stop the update =P *cough*

i just reread what you said. so basically you cant edit them from the files on your pc.. but with a script/added menu you can edit them? ive noticed nothing happens when you press the speed limit sign.. is it possible to add in a menu to allow you to edit the speed limit when you press the sign on the nav?

thats sucks i kind of figured they were built into the map files themselves because the little searching i did last nite i came up with nothing... does anyone know it TeleAtlas has an online form to submit needed changes to their maps? and i am taking back that i wanted to remove the current speed (i just moved it).. ive been using your mod for2 days... i finally got around to using it to navigate somewhere... its awesome!

thanks idt... i just realized this morning that it is the trip computer as well! so i no longer want it gone.. im going to mess with it after work today.. i would like it to only show when there is a route. also is there a database of speed limits? or a way to change them directly in the nav? seems like many in my area are wrong. thanks

idt where is the code for the current speed located? id like to remove it.. i just loaded this up today and i like it alot. Makes working with this nav SOOO much simpler! I had done my own mods before i upgraded to 3.02 today and lost them all so i decided to give yours a try.. i like that it shows speed limits.. only prob more than half the ones i have seen today are wrong how can i edit them?

finished dling... it is a USA.dem that is about 260mb... do i just add that with the North_America.dem or rename the USA.dem to North_America.dem and replace it? edit... also do i need to add this dem to an scripts so it loads it or it should just pick it up?

i am dlin it now.. ill go out n check shortly.. im assuming i can delete the africa, eurasia, canada, and SA dem files.. as i wont be going to any of those.. any downfall to deleting the canada maps as well? frees up about 100mb

er... wait.. i dont know if i even have the free space for such a file.. i would have to start using an SD card for the nav huh.. any downsides to this? ie.. slow loading?

i have the latest North_America.dem that is 4+mb.. i have found a NA_usa.dem that is 248mb anyone have any insight? do i just drop it in the dem folder or do i need to rename it to North_America.dem and replace the existing one?

so what version of igo is the 3.01 running? 8.0 still or is it 8.3?

I saw someone post about an asus (the hardware co?) license file... what does this do? i thought the worldwide just activated everything.

nice work! been out all weekend just found this! so i have the TS 2009.2 maps and the navteq 2009 q1 maps waitin on this.. all i need is this ezrider and the worldwide license... i found the license on a gps forum is this gonna work or is there one specific to ezrider?

i would have to say no as this probably has something to do with the actual tuner (hardware) in the avics.. id be really surprised if it is something that can be modified in a file..
