I have a 900bt with current generation 120gb ipod classic, when I change the the video output to on, the Ipod switches off straight away - so frustrating!

I have a 120GB ipod classic, the video on this IPOD also crashes between 6-10 min. after this if I look at the IPOD it just shows the standard screen, no longer displayes Pioneer etc, I also have a 8gb nano, I have not tried the video yet but this occationally crashes aswell! Any one got a fix for this yet?

Sorry if this question has already been asked, but is the v3 firmware upgrade going to be available for UK models? Or will the US version work on the UK models? Also is it possible to back the older firmware up before appling the new version?
