Yes, even when primo is not running

Ever since I installed the update including primo, music by usb and sd are both slow and laggy when in the music menu. Outside of the music menu, it seems to run fine most of the time with occasional lag between skips. And when I am navigating, music stops after 1 play.

was your system any faster because of it or did you just use it for storage like music?

I have a f90bt and I put all my music on a sd card in a folder with the name music. When I have the shuffle feature on, it tends to pick about 10 songs and shuffle between them, rarely ever choosing any of the many other songs I have on the sd card. Does everyone's unit do this too? If not, is there a fix for this?

can someone make my the background transparent for me? I followed the guide on the first page but when I save it, the background reverts back to white. Edit: nvm. it shows up as transparent in the headunit. but it shows a white background on the computer. I wish you would have added that so I knew. daycar.zip

yup that fixed the problem thanks. i don't see how it could be corrupt though. Since I have Diaftia's mods installed, I took that data.zip, unzipped it, replaced daycar and nightcar with my own car bmp files and rezipped it using winrar. Could it be that my pictures are not in the right format or resolution?

I was replacing the arrow with my car. and I needed to put something else onto my sd card so I took it out while in testmode, replaced the edited data.zip file as instructed, and when i rebooted, i get an error message someting about program application cannot be started. It quickly goes to the main menu and says startup in progress. and just reboots to splash and back to that startup in progress screen over and over. Did removing my sd mess up my system or the data.zip is corrupt

is this supposed to have 3d buildings? mine doesn't show. please correct me if i'm wrong. Also, how do you get the speedometer to show up. There is only a small box on the map that shows your speed. Does it just read what your actual speedometer is showing or is the speed of the car really accurate?

I just did teh FX3.1 complete firmware update. I can do this without any problems right?

yes i am quite aware of that thread. i ended up connecting the two black wires and grounding the light green and mute wire. it turned on and everything was ok. i hope there's nothing wrong with connecting those black wires because in most diy's people have grounded them
