where did you find that app

just turn the unit off before you get out of your vehicle. When you get in it only takes a few seconds to turn it on and hit ok. This way you wont have to reboot

The chrome theme i saw on here will it work on a 110. and how would one go about installing it into the unit. any help would be great

has anyone heard of peripheral interfaces. im having a hard time finding the swi pac ver 1.6.8 locally but have come across a similar unit made by peripheral has anyone know anything about this company if so do there units suppport voice controll.

Just wondering if anyone knows if any of my six steering wheel buttons can be programmed to operate the voice recognition feature. I know version 1.6.8 is needed to use the voice recognition. I have a volume up/down with a button in the middle and a track up/down with a button in the middle i cant remember what the factory functions for the two small buttons were as i hag another swi jack that i used for my old D3. I programmed the small buttons to be source on one and mute on the other. the vehicle is a dodge just so you know what my wheel buttons are like Also i heard you can only change

the piece that is supposed to be a usb a is a usb mini b on the 200v cable so this cable will not work with the 110

i just picked up the 200v cable as i was worried about the length aswell . i see on the 200v cable the usb plug is not the same size as a regular usb are you sure this cable works.

im going to try another phone as soon as i can

what about the trim ring

hi I have the mic on the steering colum about 12 inches in front of me i have a iphone 3g . it worked perfectly with my previous D3 . it is installed in a 2004 dodge ram. im also having problems hearing people very broken up.

im finding that when people are talking to me it is very broken up and people say the echo is very bad when i talk to them

does anybody know if I can hook up a external bluetooth adapter and use it instead of the built in one the bluetooth in this thig blows. after spending $2000 on a head unit i expected it to work

well i was worried that if i hooked up the dimmer wire the display would be to dim on the radio or other functions at night. but the navi at night is just to bright

if you take a look at the one from pioneer it comes with a cage . i need this as i have a 04 dodge ram that has been converted to a double din with lots of fiberglass work. i had a d 3 in there and it was done nicly to match that unit . now i need a cage with a trim ring so i dont have to fiberglass again . just wondering if that kit fits the z

ok good to know but will this dim the unit aswell i dont have the illumination wire hooked up and i too like the unit to be bright at night but would like the navi to dim is there any way of doing this

does anyone know if this unit has a wired remote avail?
