  1. so the radio doesnt support stereo Bluetooth that’s why you cant bluetooth audio to your stereo form your iphone but... you can bluetooth phone calls to your stereo because its a different bluetooth profile which is a mono signal only the front left and right speakers so if you dont care about sound quality and want to bluetooth audio from your iphone to radio example pandora, ipod, any apps, sms phone and email alerts, follow these steps keep in mind audio quality sucks..... go to cydia search for Bluetooth you should see something named Bluetooth mono sbsettings click it install
  2. hey i know this is an old post but glad i found it when i was searching and i just wanted to say thanks on the pixs i tired to find a 1ohm resistor and the one we need is special order item so i said blah and just did the wire method and boy oh boy the noise is gone .... i would like to state tho that my pico fuse wasnt damage to the degree yours was but i had the symptoms of a blown pico fuse i was a little hesitant to do it but i am glad i did and i am ordering me the eq like yours if i can trust you to preform surgery on my radio i can trust u on the eq too lol
  3. well honestly I don't know try this tho to fix your issue take the rca's coming frm the radio and place a wire thru the rca to touch the outer side prongs be careful not to touch the center prong cause then you wont have any audio coming from that rca now take the other end and ground it out some where do that for the other three rca's start your car and tell me if you still have the noise

  6. hey food for thought take your rca harness out and count your rcas now count the number of prongs in the back of your headunit the reason why i ask this is i wonder if there is an option for it but its just not in the stock wire harness
  7. 1) i bought an ipod classic 120gig of music and video i dont need a touch ipod cuz i touch my avic and not the ipod 2) you can feed the external drive i have someone making me a power supply the local car audio shops in your area will prob make you one for like $20 this is the cheaper way to go for under $100 you can get 100gigs at your fingers
  8. answered my own question blue and white wire remote the pastel greenish wire should b grounded out
  9. hello i am a double new bee new to the forums nd new to the pioneer radio fam.... i went to pioneers website downloaded the installation booklet searched the forums nd couldnt find nothing on my questions 1) on the rca i harness i have a blue wire thats white striped that i dont know where it goes.... 2) on the powersupply i have a pastel solid greenish colored wire i have no idea where it goes either 3) are these two wires that i dont know where to connect them to keeping me from accessing my navigation and system menu? sorry for all the ?'s thanks for the assistance tho
