  1. yea, I haven't driven my Tundra since this happend (other then to take it to the body shop for a craptastic quote). I'll be taking my wife's vehicle if I go. I plan to try and go out tomorrow and meet up with them to see if it works / find out if it is indeed mine. I'm not overly worried about the time since I've noticed radio's don't seem to sell very well on craigslist here. Maybe people overprice them, or just worry about buying stollen goods. I just know that tomorrow, I get to go talk to the builder of my house as they start breaking ground, and hopefully afterwards, I get to bust some
  2. so earlier this month, my Z110 was stolen from my truck after someone smashed in the window. I've been trying to keep an eye on Craigslist and Ebay, and this morning after I got off work I came across the following ad on Craigslist. Based off this not so great quality image, does anyone think this is anything but a Z110-130 model head unit? I ask, because I have this really nagging feeling it's my unit. The ad is very vauge for starters, it says it's got two Kickers when in fact one of those is clealry JL Audio and not sure on the other. I called them this afternoon asking about t
  3. Consider me sold. I've loved my Focus for the past year and have gotten several people to swap over just by either seeing me use it, or by wanting to play with it themselves.
  4. I installed my tuner yesterday and it's working fine for me. When i tested it on the way in to work tonight, I realized it was picking up a traffic station out of Denver instead of Colorado Springs and wasn't providing me with traffic data for my area. Everything was 40-60 miles north of my location.
  5. Does your phone even pair with the 120? If you goto settings / blutooth on the Focus, does it show connected to Pioneer? Did you tell it to share voice, or voice and data? Again, I've never really had that "connect" button work from the bluetooth section of media on the head unit, but it's never been needed. I get in the truck and after she boots, she see's my phone and shows connected.
  6. Yea, I have the same issue if I press the connect button, but I've honestly not had a need to. My phone pops up showing connected when I turn my truck on, or when I get in if I remote started it, and if I want to listen to music from my Zune player, I just pop over to Bluetooth, and start playing music. If I get a call, the music pauses and the phone kicks in. Once I hangup, the music picks up from where it left off at. Have you updated your headunit with the latest bluetooth firmware?
  7. Not sure what you mean by fails, but my focus has worked since day one with my Z110 upgraded to 120. Now I can say as of this week, since updating my phone with the Mango update that was released, it now pushes album/artist info to the headunit as well. On some songs I get a number for the album art, so I'm still trying to figure that part out. But yea, it's never given me a problem as far as music goes.
  8. In regards to the new traffic tunner for the Z130 that replaces the prior unit from Microsoft..I understand it does traffic, but does it do anything else like the older unit did? IE: Weather, Movies and so on, or is simply only a traffic system?
  9. Thanks for the info Jason. I always thought the XM units put out a higher volume then others due to the better reception and quality of the signal. For the SLM, that allows you to adjust each source seperatly? Thanks again!
  10. I have had my Z110 for a year now, and upgraded to the 120 last summer. About a month ago, I bought the XM add on for the unit prior to moving the family from Alaska to Colorado. I installed the reciever for the sat. in the center speaker mount in the dash of my 2010 Tundra. It's also where the GPS unit is. I've since noticed driving down here, and now driving around town in Colorado Springs, that I have to crank the volume up alot higher for my XM. For example...normal FM radio I have the vol set to about 8 or 9 if the family is in the truck. By myself or out with the guys, it would be set
  11. I will have to add when it came to the serial number portion...don't put in one string of letters. "aaaaaaaaaaa". I did just that and it came with "input password again?" When I changed it to "dklalfkjfklaflkj" (or something along those lines) it took it right away.
  12. Woo Hoo....thanks. Went over to a friends and saw it was done when I got back. Thanks so much!
  13. Trying to download the torrent tonight, but nobody is seeding. Hopefully if I leave it open overnight it will pick up a few. Otherwise, anyone mind hoping on and seeding the file so I can get it?
  14. finally got around to giving that a try. Sure enough it worked. I had actually already tried that in the menu, but what I didn't realize was that I had to select it, and then back all the way out for it to take effect. Otherwise it just kept it on the previous settings. Once I did though, the AV1 slot lit up and my zune is working and charging once again. now to just hook the dock up to it and see what happens.
  15. i've connected the USB/ Audio cable to the Z110 and I figured I would be able to connect my Zune HD to it after I installed it to be able to listen to my music. I know it won't control or display my music, I just wanted it to charge the Zune and use the mini jack as the Aux input like i have in many other head units in the past. But when I tried this..I got no charge from the unit, and no sound output either. Am I missing something here?
