OK...I purchased my Z110 two years ago. I have upgraded the HU to a Z120 and the Bluetooth quality is still awful. My installer has replaced the mic four times; first two times with the same model mic it came with, the third time with another Pioneer HU model mic and the fourth with the mic that comes with the Z120. All Bad. I can hear the caller but, the person on the other end of the line says that they can't understand me. Now I called Pioneer about this and they claim they have no known issues with the Z100 series HU and that it is more than likely a Bluetooth board hardware problem

Yea me too. its certainly an improvement on the current AV screen. I'm wondering if we'll get that with the upgrade... Or if even the 120BT will get that... It would be bad if people upgraded, and turned around and ended up not liking it... How would you downgrade if that was the case? I could see them adding the Pandora and Sphere though.... I dunno... hopefully it'll be better... and if it is better, then hopefully they'll include it in the update... I do know that about my only complaint with this unit is the lack of Vehicle Dynamics screen, and the hoops you have to jump through

MSN Direct will probably be picked up and purchased by some other company. I would not worry about this.
