I had the same 'issue'. Turn it off under the options menu. But yah, my video iPod with the latest firmware doesn't have any problems with my D3.

I just finished installing the D3. So I took the yellow/black wire (the one you moved the pin), the black wire with the spade, the greenish e-brake wire, and the black ground wire from the factory harness and twisted them all together into one of those twisty wire nuts. Then I kept twisting the wires together and zip-tied them so they wouldn't come out of the wire nut easily. Some people have been using other ground points instead of the one from the factory harness, and that works too. I think cardomain includes some stuff, but not as much as CF. CF includes a "master tech sheet" for your car with detailed instructions on HU & speaker removal.

When you go to "video" mode can you play a slideshow w/ music from your photo collection?

Please don't impressed by the hardware, it is the software that is amazing. The Samsung Q1 is an extremely over-priced POS. Nothing is intuitive. This is the UMPC that gives all others a bad name.
