New AppRadio that is compatible with Android
djsri replied to bit_bucket's topic in AppRadio, AppRadio 2, AppRadio 3
What! first one's not been out five minutes then they bring another out with larger screen. Not impressed, they should think about keeping the other customers happy and sorting out the issues with the first release. It's ok and thats about it. I had a F900BT before this and have to say that was much better, though double the price. Boot-up times are much faster than the F900, I only use my appRadio for music as i got fed up trying to fumble around loading the app from the phone, that part really needs to be sorted. If i had to choose from either i would def go back to the F900. Also, phone quality on the AppRadio is awful, again, F900 was perfect for me.

You talking about the firmware update from pioneer? Can you not try re-flashing again? You are booting the app radio up without the storage card in? -

How to install video bypass in pioneer appradio
djsri replied to Sciontc05's topic in AppRadio, AppRadio 2, AppRadio 3
Hi I've done the bypass with the relay. This is what I've done and is working a treat. Relay pins 85 - blue w/ white stripe (From Radio) 86 and 87 - ground (connect to black wire on the radio harness) 30 - green w/ white stripe (From Radio)
