  1. Hi Guys, First off, I'd like to thank everyone's hard work in find a nice hack to upgrade the Z1s to Z2s reliably. This saves the rest of us a great amount of time, effort, and also money. I recently purchased the Toshiba 60GB off of NCIX (I'm Canadian and Newegg won't ship to Canada) Nonetheless, I've been trying to download this for the past few days but it seems that no one is seeding or hosting it anymore. Can someone please seed the Z2 image please? I'm willing to seed it and improve the sharing if I can get a copy of this. My ISP doesn't enforce my bandwidth. Than
  2. I've had my 2W900FM-AS for 3 months now. It works great. There are alot of features that you may have to pay extra for like auto-door lock and trunk release so shop around if you're not doing the install yourself. The range is good. I've had success with starting my car from a block away in a concrete building. It has the large LCD screen displaying all your information: Status of car: started/not started locked/unlocked hood open/closed clock auto-start timer Secondary remotes are expensive at $200 CAD. Cheers, Rchan11
  3. Hey Guys, Yes, that one fits a Z1. I created the custom order for the first Z1 invisible shield about 2 months ago and I've informed them that the picture they have posted is of a N3. It is indeed scratch-proof and it also has a lifetime warranty. It takes less than a minute to install and I don't notice mine on anymore. I'd recomment one for anyone that has a compustar remote. I have mine on my keychain and the keys constantly get at the screen but there is no damage at all! Cheers, RChan11
  4. I'll have to check if the ADDRESS SEARCH and POI SEARCH buttons are available tomorrow. I'm sure they are since the DVD plays if the car is started with the parking brake disengaged. No, luckily I've got the older unit. Ya, I meant all functions are available when I first turn on the car with the parking brake disengaged and then as soon as I have the parking brake engaged and disengaged again, the DVD warning message appears and I get no video feed off the DVD. It won't be a bother as I use the parking brake rarely (specifically only for parking ). I probably will disconne
  5. Hi Ducatti, I just installed my flasher today and it works fine on start up and I can play DVDs while the emergency brake is down now! Thanks! I was testing the emergency brake and flasher and the Z1 seems to recognize that the emergency brake is up and stops running video to the screen when I've engaged and then disengaged the emergency brake. Other than that the flasher is fully functional. Is this the case with everyone's flasher? It serves as an intial bypass but not an overall bypass? I have no complaints but I was just wondering if I installed the flasher correctly. T
  6. Thanks Ducatiboy! I haven't even bought a Z1 yet but you've received nothing but great reviews so I figure I should pick one up ahead of time before the price gets bumped again.
  7. Hi Ducatiboy, I made a HUGE mistake and overpaid $5 with my paypal account ($35 total). Is there anyway to make an adjustment (send a $5 payment back) or get a cheque written back for it with the shipment to Canada? Apologies in advance. :( I got caught up reading the increase in price and put in the wrong amount. Thanks so much for your time, Rchan11
