Dear All as far as I can see, F30BT orders folders and files on SD and USB by creation date. Is there a way to change this to alphabetical order ? If not is there a workaround, to bring folders and files into desired order? Thanks a lot in advance for your suggestions and advice! Best Regards Bernd

Condi and all at Menu Settings / AV-Settings there are two buttons regarding Mute of the AV-Source (when f.e. a phone call comes in). At my F30BT I can select different Mute-Scenarios (left button) but can not select different Mute Levels (All/-10db/-20dB) on the rigth button. AV-Source is ON and button is active, but Mute Levels are not displayed in the button. Have you ever seen that on a Navi with hackmode? Originally it worked correctly! according to F30BT Spec, H.264, MPEG4 and wmv-Files should be played from SD and USB. So far I was sucessful with .mp4 but not sucessful with .wmv. I asked pioneer service, but up to now no answer. TCPMP-Player is running in Condis Hackmode, but shows some limitations compared to my PNA. (remember TCPMP could not be installed, only files were copied to SD Card). TCPMP was running a AVI-video, but none of other formats. In general TCPMP was able to display pictures but having problems with bigger ones. Condi Thanks a lot for your explantions, that makes it much clearer to me! Is softkeyboard on the same page or is it a different issue? From your words I hear that you still see a chance to get explorer (and menus) working correctly! If I can be of any help for you, just a mention it! So far your work helped me with my biggest concern regarding F30BT, the picture show works already with TCMP . Dear All as mentioned before I closely followed discussion from the early beginning. These days I've got my F30BT and hacked it sucessfully . Many many thanks to condi (and all coworkers) ! Hack was very easy and worked as described. Really Well Done!!! The biggest challenge (as promised by condi) is navigating in the Pioneer Service Mode and in FILE MAINTENANCE. Dear All played around with the AVIC F30BT and found that only little of videos and no pictures were played from USB / SD. The only one working was a .mp4-File (and .mp3/.wma for music). All others (.wmv, .avi) were not read. For wmv I tried different sizes (208x160 - 640x360), frames (8 - 25) and bit rates (150 - 1026 kbit/s), no sucess. Spec says MP3/WMA/AAC/AVE/H.264/MPEG4/WMV. Any idea whats going wrong? Any positive experience with videos from USB / SD ? Any chance to run a picture show with .jpg/.png/ or similar on a unhacked device? Thanks a lot in advance Bernd
