mine stoped working. it took about 20 miles or so, but its not working:-( any ideas?

i have the same problem. I think that once the gps is calibrated it wont let the video show. even when you reset it, it only works for 20-30 miles, then once it has shown the warning it dosnt work again.

I had the same thing happen, but then reset the system as outlined in the first post, and all is well for now... we will see tomorrow. im thinking that after a few miles of driving, i.e. 50-100 miles it will show the warning and not work anymore

Is there a certain type of switch, like as far as power handling wise i should use?

not to sound too stupid but i am a novice, what type of switch would i need to use for the backup camera trick for playing dvds? and what are the steps exactly?

what are the advantages of hooking up the VSS wire? im not sure there really are any. I know the advantages of the parking break. could any tell me if there is any fr the VSS cable? Thanks

is there a way to bypass the e-brake to make the Z2 think that it is always engaged? just a thought. would that solve the problem? Im sure it couldnt be that easy... could it?

So im going to get an avicz series nav system but the question is the z1 or z2. ive noticed that the z1 is more expensive on the pioneer website, is this because of the ease of the bypass, and the lack of one for the z2? just curious of the pros, and cons of the z2. Thanks for any and all info!
