  1. My iphone 4s works fine with Pandora. Through Bluetooth it works but gives limited options on H/U. If you plug phone into cable from H/U Pandora works on H/U just like the screen of the phone. I have v3.001 update installed.
  2. First let me ask has anyone on this forum paired an iphone 4 with their x930bt and hand it work handsfree properly? If you look at page 60 - item 6 , my phone skips that step and automatically pairs itself as an audio device and doesn't let me choose option 1,2, or 3 like the manual said it should. i have reset to factory defaults and tried several times with the same result.
  3. Please tell me which page its on, I am in I.T. with CompTia A+ and Net + certifications and cannot figure this out. Not to mention the fact that I build and install custom high end systems for vehicles on the side. Not saying this as braggined saying this because I am totally lost as to how to make this seemingly simple install work properly on a C6 Corvette.
  4. I have an iphone 4 and an iphone 4s and when pairing with x930bt they always pair as an audio device. This is okay but when making phones call the caller cannot hear me. I am thinking this is because the 930 keeps "seeing" the iphone as an ipod thus not allowing the reciever to "hear' me when I make or recieve phone calls. All the other functions work flawlessly - dialing out, contacts transferred , keypad dialing from the head unit etc... Again phones pai up flawlessly and everything works except callers cannot hear me. The head unit skips the step #6 on page 60 of the manual and will on
  5. I have a x930bt and cant find a wiring diagram. Head unit is installed and working fine but I am adding an amp and speakers and dont know what wire to connect "from the amp" which is called the "amp on" wire to the head unit. I have an Arc Audio amp with a blue wire labeled "amp on" and I dont know what wire to connect it to on the back of my head unit. A wiring diagram would be awesome if someone has that.
  6. I have a Nano and also a Classic and they both work excellent. I connect in the glove box and leave it, its awesome. Choose any song, artist or playlist fromthe head unit.
  7. If you have the correct wiring harness adapter and module for the steering wheel controls it is easy. The only problem I had was programming the buttons on the steering wheel, wiring and installation was easy though.
  8. I have the old Iphone 4 and the X930BT, the contacts are NOT stored. They are synced via bluetooth and accessible after sync is completed. I did the Nav., DVD., and phone mod so my contacts are accessible at all times.

    930bt ipod cable

The 50 has audio only while the 51 has audio and video
  10. I have the x930BT and if you do the mod(I did) you can watch dvd, enter addresses in nav or have full phone capabilities while vehicle is moving. Obviosly there are inherent dangers doing so, I set mine up for my passenger to help me navigate while moving. Call Dennis @ http://www.doubledmods.com/ ( I am in no way affiliated with them, I have just done business with the company) He has the best prices ( he beat Sonic and Crutchfield)and sells all the gear for a factory plug-n-play installation. When I recieved my gear it cam complete with color wiring diagrams for my specific vehicle
