  1. Oh ok I got it. I didn't thought there are apps that use the radio display but won't show up on the list. YouTube works, but you have to use the phone as an interface. It's kind of stupid that pioneer won't create a YouTube app if the display out is already working. All is needed is a search dialog and a keyboard.
  2. hi johnnyq, can you tell us more about this? How official is this? I have installed appradio and I am somewhat disappointed. Obviously the core solution is Pioneer working on updates and standing behind Appradio, solving problems and gathering app developers. Please tell us if you know that Pioneer is indeed adressing problems.
  3. okay, I must be missing something. I spent a lot of time explaining all of this to the technician installing my appradio after christmas. He then showed me how the warning display went away after touching a wire to the car ground. He hardwired it and I never had the message since. What am I missing? I have an european model, and there is a 'safety mode' in the menu I set to OFF. I never tried flipping it.. I have a lot of apps running but was never able to display video. I can run Maps, contacts, ipod (music), StreamS, etc. Are the apps not available hidden for me? thanks in advance. Bala
  4. is youtube available on the appradio screen without any mods/hacks? I cant get it there. I have all the other apps there (cant try netflix, as its not available in Hungary). I just got the radio and as far as I can tell its running the latest firmware. Can I have the radio display the fw version somehow?
