Thanks pionara, I'm such an idiot. Don't know how I missed that after all the numerous times I read the instructions. I'm getting "An error occurred and the update failed." message at 15%.

Is everything suppose to be on the root of the sd card? I just extracted the .rar file as it is in to the sd card. So I just have "Z140 Files" folder on root and in that folder is the 'FIRMWARE' folder, 'Update' Folder, and the 'CARDINFO.cif'.

I can't get the update to work. I successfully did the RenewallFLib.dll part; but when I insert the update card, the unit loads up normally and starts to play the media files on the card. I've checked the md5sum and it all matches up. I've tried both cardinfo, still not working.

I think I just bricked my x930bt while trying to update. I backed up my unit first from test mode. I replaced the Renewall files fine using the AutoReplacer with the modded renewall files from post 12. But when I inserted the z140 files, nothing happened and never got pass the boot screen. Tried the cardinfo from post 12 also, but the same result. So I tried to undo everything and restore the backed up files through hackmode. Now I get a "no applicable program" message and cant get back to the hackmode. Help..... Update: I was able to get it running again. Before I was using Condi's hackmo
