Hi folks I bought a pioneer avic d1 in june 2007. It was a demo in the store since the day 1 this unit was on the market so it was pretty already beat up... I purchased a service plan with it so if they have to make 4 MAJOR fix, or is unfixeable, they'll have to give me a new one with the same caracteristics / refund me the full price. The problem here is the word MAJOR... If you don't want to cut your headrest and don't want to buy pre-fitted one... then just don't put them... Have you think about a flip-down monitor from the ceiling

try to dimm the light a little bit whit the dimmer and it should work... On my car when the light is full power it's always day mode but when I dimm it a little bit, it's night mode... Like if the voltage was to high

Yeah... It's your vss wire that is disconected... Connect it had the same prob with my D1 BTW what car do u have
