I updated my unit for the iphone 5 and plugged in the needed cables. Advanced App mode works. The only thing not working is the USB1 port. I cannot select that when my phone is plugged in. How do I get that enabled?

Can anyone tell me why my ipod is playing while in advanced app mode but sound mixing is set to off?

hey Mike, when I use netflix the video plays smoothly on my 8400 but when I use other video streaming such as Directv Sunday Ticket the video on the phone is smooth but a little choppy on the 8400. Is there a setting for this or is this something between the extensions and Sunday Ticket app?

ah that was the problem. Thanks Mike! App is working great!. This may not be a question for your app but any streaming video app, should it be able to take up the entire screen or will it always have black bars around it? Netflix for example.

I'm trying to get this working and I'm having issues. I have installed the newest version and I launch appradio app on my phone and then go to the app mode on my Avic 8400. I don't get the option to use any apps outside of the normal compatible apps. Any ideas of what the issue could be? I followed the instructions on the first post.
